| Admiral Busser was in charge of "Operation Rosario" to recapture the Falkland Islands on April 2nd, 1982. He commanded the Argentine Marines Fifth battalion. Together with members of the Argentine Army they landed in Port Stanley and surrounded Government House demanding that the governor Rex Hunt hand over control of the Islands. Here he can be seen discussing events with General Osvaldo Garcia. |
