Atlantic Conveyor

An exocet was launched at what the Argentines believed was one of the Aircraft Carriers. It was a large blip on the radar screens, but it was actually an enormous cargo ship that had been commissioned to bring much of the equipment needed for the invasion force. Frantic attempts were made to salvage as much as possible before the ship sank.
