Officers in Full Dress, 1910

The lieutenant on the left is in dismounted full dress and the captain on the right is in mounted full dress. Not only does the captain have tartan jodhpurs and boots with spurs but he also has no white leather sword belt. His sword is suspended from his gold lace waistbelt. The artist, Edgar Holloway has wrongly given these officers the small thistle collar badge as worn by ORs. He has also left off the belt-plate from the lieutenant's white sword belt.
