Lanchester and Rolls-Royce Armoured Cars, 1930



'C' Squadron at Windmill Hill Camp, Salisbury Plain. The regiment had been told they were to mechanise in March 1928. The Rolls-Royces had been designed in 1917 but had been modified and improved. The regiment recieved it's first delivery of these vehicles in January 1929.
