5th Dragoon Guards

Standard Flying Left 1920

The short lived standard presented to the 5th DG after WW1 had the selected 10 battle honours that they were allowed to emblazon. The regiment was soon to lose its title, in 1922, to be the 5th/6th Dragoons, and again in 1927 as the 5th Inniskilling Dragoon Guards. But the Standard was used alongside the former 6th Inniskilling Dragoon Standard until 1938.
