Band in Hyde Park 1957

The 7th band wear the dark blue no.1 dress uniform and scarlet forage cap for playing in Hyde Park on Cavalry Sunday in 1957, the year before they amalgamated with the 3rd Hussars. This photo shows the back of the pouch-belt which has a black leather pouch with gold braid edge. The brass badge in the middle of the pouch is the crowned QO cypher with 7TH HUSSARS on a scroll beneath. Yellow cord cap-lines are also worn.
