Drum Horse 1912

The Bays drummer has Victorian banners that have been altered to accommodate the motto and new battle honours. Queen Victoria's crown is still above the word BAYS (eleven years after her death) and the honours on each side of the wreath look as if they had been squeezed in. The bridle and shabraque are the same as in the 1903 postcard, but the horse has been changed to a sturdy looking grey.
