Officer's Undress Shoulder Scales


Officers wearing the knee-length blue frockcoat in the 1830s and 1840s had these elaborate shoulder scales which are of blue cloth but embroidered on the edges with gold thistles and have a silver flaming bomb badge and gilt S G either side.
