Belt Plate, Other Ranks c1790

This brass belt plate is taken from Major Parkyn's book on belt plates and buttons. He gives no date for it but because of the inclusion of the title WESTMORLAND (no E) it must be after 1782. It has no wreath design like the officer's version but it is very ornate for an enlisted man and may be a sergeant's.
