16th Company Colour

This Company flag dates from either Edward VII, George V, George VI or Edward VIII, having the King's Crown. The 16th Company badge is the swan, crowned and chained in gold on a green mount. This was the device of Henry IV, by virtue of holding the Earldom of Hereford in right of his first wife Mary de Bohun. He also had the 15th Company badge of the crowned red rose of Lancaster in right of his mother Blanche.
