Bass Drummer 1903


At this time the band and drummers did not have the special pattern tunics, apart from the drum-major. The bass drummer wears the same pattern as the rest of the regiment; this had recently changed from having the round jampot cuffs to pointed cuffs. The facings were still white at this stage.
