Military Sunday in York must have been a fine spectacle for the crowds. The regiment marched without swords or carbines, although the officers carried swords. The three percussionists can be seen clearly in this photo and we can also see the back of the uniform. The busby bags of the band are cobalt blue, in contrast to the red worn by the remainder of the regiment.
