Arthur Frederick Richards, 1st Baron Milverton

Arthur Frederick Richards was governor of Fiji and high commissioner for the Western Pacific from 1936. It was brought to a sudden and unexpected end by a crisis transfer to the first-class governorship of Jamaica, where the incumbent, Sir Edward Denham, had died suddenly.
