| Edwin Bramall was posted to England until 1953 so his wedding must have been prior to that date. I have been unable to find out the name of his wife. In a speech made in 1997 at Winchester Cathedral Lord Bramall said. "Some of us have been married here. One young 60th officer I remember only too well getting a monumental rocket for allowing his wedding to interfere with an important cricket match at St Cross. But that is another story." |
