These are the administrative districts. The British and allied forces can move from one district to an adjacent district as long as there is a common border. They cannot move diagonally from perpendicular point to perpendicular point. British forces can move two districts if there is a road present in both of them. Everytime an area is entered a rebellion role is made. If a rebellion occurs, the British must stop and fight. Even if victorious they cannot continue advancing. If they are victorious they can remain in that district, otherwise they retreat back to the district from which they came from. On leaving a district, the rebellion index for that district is reset to 2.
