S.S. Chusan


S.S. Chusan was a P&O liner that sailed from Tilbury docks out to Asia via the Suez Canal on to Bombay, Hong Kong and Yokohama up until 1963. Then she switched to the London to Australia route at a time that many people were moving between the two countries and whilst air travel was still onerous to that far a destination.
