| William IV succeeded his brother George on 26 June 1830. The basic design of the 10th Hussars sabretache stayed the same apart from the reverse WR cypher. The gold lace around the edge changed to a train lace pattern which can be partially seen in the photo of a William IV pouch-belt. |
