3rd Dragoon Guards

Officers, 1897

The officer in the middle is a field officer with the maximum number of loops on his gold sleeve decoration. He wears parade order which is not full dress; all belts are white leather instead of gold. The other two officers wear undress, having the dark blue frock coat with black mohair lace across the front and black braid on the collar and sleeves. The pillbox caps have wide gold lace and regimental gold braid pattern on top.
