Lance-Corporal Milne DCM This picture taken at Netley Hospital in early 1898 shows three men of the Gordon Highlanders who were wounded at Dargai. The seated man is Lance-Corporal Milne who was a piper, and awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal. The other amputee is named as Kidd. The third man is Piper Findlater VC.
