Colour Sergeant 1897


Colour Sergeant Bellinger posed for this photo in 1897. He wears the sergeants' class tunic which has the gold embroidered grenade badge on the collar and gold lace on the cuffs and skirts. The Colour Badge is superimposed on the gold lace stripes and is on the right sleeve only. He has medals for Egypt and a special medal on the right breast. His pillbox cap has a gold lace cap-band and a sergeants' badge.
