Shoulder Wings, Drummer and Drum-Major

The shoulder wings of a drummer in the Corps of Drums and the gold laced wings of the drum-major. The Guards drummers have white lace decorated with repeating blue fleur-de-lis. This has traditionally set them apart from drummers of line infantry who have white lace with repeating red crowns. The drum-major's wings have a finely embroidered regimental badge which can be seen at Shoulder Badges.
