Officers’ Bullion Badge, George VI

The embroidered badge was worn unofficially in the RHA up until 1948 when it became official. This example was worn on the officer’s coloured field service cap. It is in gold bullion with a scarlet backing and centre with crimson cushions in the crown and blue for the garter and regimental title.
