Forage Cap Badge

The Royal Artillery badge is worn by the RHA on the blue and red no.1 dress forage caps as well as the khaki forage cap. It originated in the first decade of the 20th century, worn on the Brodrick cap from 1905. The King’s crown dates it between 1902 and 1952. There are no examples of the badge with a Victorian crown. It was worn by all British artillerymen in WW1 and WW2. The battle honour UBIQUE (Latin for Everywhere) covers all historical battles.
