East Indiaman 'Admiral Hughes' off Jamestown

Longwood House on St. Helena was the location where Napoleon Bonaparte had been kept in exile from 10 December 1815 until his death on 5 May 1821. It's remote location on a remote island was meant to dissuade any rescue attempt. It has been claimed that the arsenic present in the wallpaper used in the house was a contributing factor to his final illness and eventual death.
