Officer in Service Dress c1885

The dark green uniform worn for the start of the war in Egypt proved to be unsuitable, so the KRRC adopted light khaki along with the rest of the army. The buttons are ball shaped, and bronze. He has a brown leather Sam Browne belt and sword scabbard, and boots to match. The white tropical helmet has the bronze regimental badge on the front with a white pugree covering the lower part.
