Run Away!

The Jafrayni swordsmen were so badly shaken, what with losing their leader and so many of their comrades, they didn't stop until they reached the relative safety of the fortress. Having said that, Colonel Adams couldn't take much comfort from morale developments. His own Sikh regiment decided that they also had had enough and cleared the valley floor for the duration of the battle. An inquiry would have to be set up to look in to the fighting capabilities of this particular regiment!
