Nyanza District Commissioner

A Nyanza District Commissioner hears a Land Case Appeal right on the spot. There could be anything from 20,000 to 300,000 people living in a D.C.s district. His first job was to maintain law and order, then to guide the political and economic development of the district and to coordinate the work of the various social services.
