Plymouth's Bulldog Spirit

This photograph was taken in Plymouth in 1941. It was obviously shot for propaganda value with some very quintessential bulldogs to the fore. The picture was probably taken to motivate people to collect and donate aluminium and other metals to help with the war effort.
