Buttons


The small button on the left is for the early pattern Norfolk jacket from 1874. The right hand button was used on the 1882 Tunic and maybe as early as 1876. The Victorian crown over a scroll 'CANADA', a buffalo head and 'NWMP' on a scroll below. In 1902 the King's crown replaced the Victorian one and in 1904 the lower scroll had 'RNWMP'.
