Mounted Sowar c1910


This young, unbearded sowar has a khaki turban as well as a khaki kurta. He is well armed with a sword, lance and Lee-Metford rifle. He appears to have an ammunition belt over his right shoulder. Normally cavalry have them over the left shoulder. The puttees are also khaki.
