Portrait of Officer c1834

This portrait was photographed in the officer's mess of the King's Royal Hussars at Tidworth in 2004. I didn't record the name of the officer, unfortunately. Certain aspects of the uniform are clarified , especially the pouch-belt and waist-belt. The epaulettes do not appear to have any rank badges so he must be below the rank of major.
