| The drum banner on display here is the original of the 14th Light Dragoons but it has had battle honours added to it up to 1918. The Prussian Eagle does not have crosses on the wings as in other versions of the badge. The title 14th KING'S LIGHT DRAGOONS can be seen above the eagle, indicating that these banners had been in use since before 1861, the year they became the 14th King's Hussars. |
