Undress Pouches

The top pouch is the officer's undress brown leather pouch worn with khaki no.2 dress. It has the silver badge of the elephant and battle honour ASSAYE which were symbols of the 19th Hussars. The embossed monogram underneath is that of the 13th/18th Hussars.

The lower brown leather pouch is worn by other ranks, with the brown leather pouch belt in no.2 dress and with the white pouchbelt in no.1 dress. The badge of the 19th Hussars is also worn on this pouch but there are subtle differences in the elephants.
