Officer's Pouch - Final Version

This style came in in 1855 when tunics were introduced. It is scarred with age and its wearer may well have had a few falls for it to be in this condition. Dress Regulations describe it as black patent leather. The coat of arms badge is gilt and is similar to the version worn by other ranks but of superior quality. It was worn both in full dress and undress.
