The Greys at Glenshiel

The Greys are in the foreground of this painting, guarding Spanish troops wearing white uniforms. The mortars are firing on the Spanish marines on the hillside to the right and Hanoverian infantry can be seen on the left and in the valley in the distance, scaling the steep lower slope.
