Ramillies

This painting by Jan van Huchtenburg conveys the desperate fighting at the bloody battle of Ramillies. The Greys are not obviously featured but in the middle distance, just right of the sparse tree, a cavalry charge appears to be taking place against a French infantry square. The impression is that the cavalry are wearing red coats and riding grey horses.
