| Gilt and silver clasp worn with gold full dress belt or white leather parade belt. There were two types which differed slightly. This one has CUMBERLAND REGIMENT around the number and Queen's crown, the number 3 having a straight flat top. The other type has THE CUMBERLAND REGIMENT and a round topped 3. Illustrations of both types feature in Officers' Waist Belt Clasps 1855-1902 by Lelia B Ryan (Military Historical Society 1994). |
