Lieutenant-Colonel Rowland John Beech


Rowland John Beech was born on 15th Nov 1853. He was an officer in the 2nd Life Guards and was Deputy Lieutenant and JP in Warwickshire. He lived at Brandon Hall, and commanded the Warwickshire Yeomanry from 28th June 1908 to 16th Dec 1911. He was married in 1885 to Adelaide Frederica Cure and they had a son Rowland Auriol James Beech who served in the 16th Lancers in WW1 and was killed on 21st Feb 1915 aged 26. Rowland John Beech died on 30th Aug 1919 at Folkstone.
