The Yeomanry

Sergeant-Major Rusbridge

Robert Rusbridge wears the medals for service in South Africa so this photo was taken c1905 at which time the scarlet pill-box cap was still being worn. His Warrant Officer status requires that his jacket is decorated with silver lace and cord, and his waist sash is crimson and yellow worsted material. He served in the 9th Company of the 3rd Battalion Imperial Yeomanry.
