Church Parade 1908

The regiment on church parade at their annual camp in 1908. By this time the no.1 dress uniform had reached a stage where uniformity and smartness had been achieved. The men now have peaked forage caps and wear white cord cap-lines. The RSM in the right foreground has four silver stripes and a crown, with a silver metal regimental NCO arm badge over the stripes.
