Middlesex Duke of Cambridge’s Hussars, Yeomanry Cavalry

Adjutant Lord Edmund Talbot sits in the barracks of the 11th Hussars with his staff behind him. The man directly behind is the RSM. The other NCOs include a sergeant who was Orderly Room Clerk and three assistants with the rank of corporal. Captain Lord Talbot was adjutant of the 11th Hussars from 1881 to 1883, and seconded to the Middlesex Hussars as their adjutant from 1883 to 1888.
