Trooper Cosmo Blount


Cosmo Wilson Blount, born in 1880, was the son of Captain William Blount RN of Melrose, Fontenoy Road, Balham. He became ill and was left at Reitz on 7 Dec 1900. He rejoined the Company on 17 Jan 1901 but was ill again and was left at Elands River on 24 Jan 1901. He died of enteric fever on 16 Feb 1901.
