2nd/11th Sikhs


Subadar-Major, 1936


This officer was King's Indian Orderly Officer in 1936. He is Subadar-Major and Hon Lieutenant Harditt Singh, Bahadur of te 2nd Royal Battalion 11th Sikh Regiment (Ludhiana Sikh). The colours for the regiment were red tunic with yellow facings but the 2nd Bn were granted the privilege of retaining their old 15th facing colour of green. His turban is gold with red stripes.
