Victorian Drum Banner

The red drum banner had an embroidered Victorian crown above the Prince of Wales Plume and a blue velvet scroll inscribed with CHESHIRE YEOMANRY. On either side are regimental monograms ECYC. A similar illustration of the banner appeared on a Player’s Cigarette card with slight differences: the plume badge included the ICH DIEN motto, and the three part scroll reads YEOMANRY. CHESHIRE. CAVALRY.
